Program Management

Project Control offers a unique Program Management process that represents a higher level of planning for multiple workstreams and managing multiple related projects. In this role, we secure the best design and construction teams, manage risk, and ensure the team meets program specifications, budgeting and scheduling needs. We handle every aspect of the program, from the initial design phase through construction and end-user occupancy. Throughout, we facilitate communication between all parties and meet the need and interests of the Owner.
