Owner’s Representative

Project Control acts as Owner’s Representative for clients and in certain cases as a Tenant Representative. Our primary role as an Owner’s Representative is to act as a liaison between the Owner or Tenant and the design and construction teams. In this role, Project Control monitors various aspects of the project, including the review of pay applications, budgets, and schedules. In addition, our team reports to and advises the Owner on the most effective methods and utilization of their resources.

Project Control offers clients a broad range of Owner’s Representative services, all of which are tailored for each project to meet the needs and desires of the Owner or Tenant.

Owner’s Representative Services

  • Monitor the design development process
  • Monitor the overall project budget, including FF&E and other non-design/construction related costs
  • Oversee the bidding process
  • Assist with jurisdictional reviews and other mitigation issues
  • Review construction related activities, including pay applications
  • Monitor project close out and occupancy
