Project Control has announced that Louie Rodriguez has joined the firm as Project Manager. Throughout his career, Louie has been a part of municipal, private, and P3 projects across multiple markets including multi-family, retail, mission critical facilities, sports & entertainment, jails, commercial offices, distributions centers, manufacturing facilities, healthcare, and hospitality projects.

Mr. Rodriguez started out as a Mechanical & Plumbing Planner for ArcelorMittal in East Chicago, Indiana the world’s largest steel and mining company. He then moved to San Antonio to be near family and embarked on his journey through the structural engineering field and subsequently the geotechnical engineering field before returning to the mechanical engineering side.

Mr. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. Louie is also a graduate of ULI Young Leader Mentor Protégé Program, Real Estate Council of San Antonio Leadership Development Program, and San Antonio AGC Leadership Academy.

Louie is the Vice President of the I-LinCP San Antonio Chapter and actively participates within the local Architectural-Engineering-Construction (AEC) community serving on ULI’s Young Leader Committee and AGC-Construction Leadership Council Steering Committee.

Louie and his wife are active in Latin dance and are even on a competition team making them a perfect fit into San Antonio culture.
