CALEB SWANSON HAS BEEN PROMOTED TO SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Caleb Swanson has been promoted to Senior Project Manager, RK/Project Control.Caleb represents Project Control’s Midwest Regional Office in Lincoln, NE. He joinedProject Control in 2011 while completing his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Upon graduation, Caleb was named Project Manager to assist with the Pinnacle Bank Arena and the Historic WestHaymarket Entertainment District Redevelopment projects. Caleb has since managed multiple building and horizontal projects for the City of Lincoln, including the Centennial Mall Redevelopment Phases II and III, which serves as the connecting corridor between the state capital building and the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. Caleb is a Board Member of the St. Patrick School Strategic Planning Committee, the Secretary of the University of Nebraska Phi Kappa Theta Housing Corporation, and an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
