For existing facilities we help client’s develop strategic plans for addressing facility maintenance and best use of facility space and resources. This includes assessments for deferred maintenance, asset condition, GIS basemaps, Reports with FCI, and Facility Current Replacement Value. This ensures that overtime the facility continues to meet the needs of the client and their changing organization.
