Project Control announced that Ed Mullins has joined the firm as Senior Project Manager. Mr. Mullins is managing several projects, including the Kennedy Hill Road Improvement project at Brooks City Base, the new construction of the Bexar Metro 9-1-1 facility, and the McCoy House Residential Tower at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. 

As Senior Project Manager, Mr. Mullins is responsible for day-to-day duties such as management of project team meetings, oversight of the project, preconstruction services, owner’s quality assurance and budget management. He supports Project Control’s objectives of meeting the client’s needs and expectations in a timely manner.

Mr. Mullins brings 25 plus years’ experience in project/facilities management with a focus on educational facilities. Ed specializes in reducing costs and maximizing profits through team building and efficient management of costs. Prior to joining Project Control, Ed served as Senior Project Manager for Sundt Construction for 9 years after spending nearly 20 years in facilities management for public school districts.

Mr. Mullins holds a degree from Purdue University and holds accreditation as a LEED AP professional, a Certified Professional Constructor (CPC), and as a Design-Build Professional (DBIA).
